Doubleday Cafe

Doubleday Cafe is an American cuisine/pub, grub, & beer restaurant located in a high ceiling brick building. Not far from the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Cafe ties in its deep roots with tasteful decor. Going along with the baseball town, Doubleday Cafe is equipped with games on the TV and tons of sports memorabilia. Such memorabilia includes old photos, vintage signs, and neon beer brand signs over the bar.

At the bar, they serve Mimosas, Bloody Marry's, Screwdrivers and local brews and beers from the tap. Three different menus are served - one for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For breakfast, they serve daily fresh fruit, daily special homemade muffins, oatmeal, and egg benedict. They also have golden waffles, french toast, bacon, sausage, and smoked ham side options.

For lunch, they serve New England clam chowder, multiple salads like the spinach house salad, and hummus on toasted pita bread.

For dinner, they serve options such as jumbo lump crab cake, chicken tenders, chicken or beef quesadillas, black bean burritos, and multiple burgers. Some of their burgers are the shrimp burger, the turkey burger, cheeseburgers, and regular style hamburgers. Also on the dinner menu, you can find Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, shrimp crab rolls, Doubleday Rubin, jumbo dogs, and fried pork sandwiches. With any meal, you can get sides of apple sauce, coleslaw, macaroni salad, mashed potatoes, french fries, and a small garden salad. For the kids, they have mac-n-cheese, grilled cheese, cheese pizzas, and more.

For dessert, they serve vanilla ice cream, hot fudge Sundays, freshly baked apple crisps, Doubleday cheesecake, Mississippi mud ice cream pie, and Reese's ice cream pie.
