Off-Season Rentals

Creamery Accommodations is now also offering all of its apartments as off-season rentals.

Price includes all heat, electric, basic cable, wireless internet and local phone. Amenities include bed and bath linens, off-street parking, and a common laundry for all apartments with a coin-operated washer/dryer.

Creamery Accommodations is conveniently located in the Village of Cooperstown, just a short walk to Bassett Healthcare, a new Price Chopper grocery store, and convenience stores.

Creamery Apartment 1 is a fully furnished two-bedroom (one queen, one set of bunk beds) apartment on the second floor featuring updated amenities throughout.

Available during the Fall/Winter/Spring season ending May 31, 2012 at $875 per month.

 

Creamery Apartment 2 is a fully furnished second floor one-bedroom apartment.

Available during the Fall/Winter/Spring season ending May 31, 2012 at $800 per month.

 

Creamery Apartment 3 is a fully furnished one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private enterance.

Available during the Fall/Winter/Spring season ending May 31, 2012 at $800 per month.

 

Creamery Apartment 4 is not available.

 

Creamery Apartment 5 is a recently renovated, fully furnished first floor, one-bedroom apartment featuring all new amenities throughout.

Available during the Fall/Winter/Spring season ending May 31, 2012 at $850 per month.

 

Creamery Apartment 6 is a recently built fully furnished two bedroom, second floor apartment. This apartment features all new amenities throughout including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment is spacious and airy, with an open kitchen/living area great room.

Creamery Apartment 7 at the Creamery is a recently renovated, fully furnished two bedroom, first floor apartment. This apartment features full bath, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and all new amenities throughout.
